This beautiful West Hills residence received a total makeover for the living room and adjacent dining room. Although the architecture is more NW transitional, the homeowners’ antique furnishings looked lost in the space. To create a more inviting and more traditional ambiance, Emery & Associates brought in a stunning room-sized Kirman, new upholstery, curtains, and wall colors.  A Shirley Gittelsohn painting hangs above the sideboard.

With the television removed from the bookshelf wall and repositioned to the left of the fireplace wall in the family room, a new leather sectional with recliners on each end creates comfort while watching TV,  or fireside reading.  The kitchen nook also received a makeover.
